We passionately believe modern technology can play a pivotal role linking donors directly to the recipients of their aid, keeping people passionate about solving the major problems of our time whilst changing or improving the traditional model of how we give to charity.

The Mobile phone and the Internet can facilitate the collection and distribution of new sources of funding and make once uneconomic sources viable for charities. Technology can also introduce greater levels of transparency, efficiency and accountability into the sector and ensure donations are used effectively to reach and help as many people in need as possible.

We established MyGoodPoints.org as an online charity to make it free, easy and compelling for people to become donors. To let people donate directly to charity projects of their choice. Donors receive direct feedback from their selected charity projects (video updates, photos and thank you notes) so they can see the real difference their help is making.

As donors increasingly use the service, we will offer more choices in terms of how they can add to the amount in their on-line MyGoodPoints account. This will include, for example, payroll giving, credit card donations, unused loyalty points, air miles, corporate donations, mobile phone donations etc ALL gathered into the donor’s account.
